      Week 101 update of the Cycling Monks Strava Group. Week ending 8th May 2022.

      Club Stats. 2041 members collectively rode 106518 km in 3137 rides, climbing 609777 metres in 4964 hours!

      The number of members are up by 21 as compared to last week. The week saw everyone collectively ride more. With total distance, elevation gained, number of rides and time spent on the saddle were all up.

      To be in the top 100, you needed to ride minimum 261 km during the week!

      There were 4 who averaged more than 100 km a day!

      13 rode at least a 200.

      55 averaged above 30 kmph for the week. 20 climbed more than 4000 metres… Incredible riding by everyone.

        The number of members are up by 15 as compared to last week. The week saw everyone collectively ride less. With total distance, elevation gained, number of rides and time spent on the saddle were all down.

                      The climbing leaderboard went to West Bengal and the Himalayas! The top 2 remained unchanged for the fourth week in succession, though the order got altered.

                        Week 110 update of the Cycling Monks Strava Group. Week ending 10th July 2022.

                        Club Stats. 2230 members collectively rode 93705 km in 2714 rides, climbing 474073 metres in 4459 hours!

                        The number of members are up by 23 as compared to last week. The week saw everyone collectively ride less. With total distance, elevation gained, number of rides and time spent on the saddle were all down.

                        To be in the top 100, you needed to ride minimum 241 km during the week!

                        There were 5 who averaged more than 100 km a day!

                        5 rode 300s and 24 rode at least a 200.

                        49 averaged above 30 kmph for the week. 11 climbed more than 4000 metres… Incredible riding by everyone.

                        Kudos to all the riders who have been working hard on their saddles…

                        5 riders averaged more than 100 km a day. Clean sweep by Tamil Nadu. Again!

                        Shun Athi from Tamil Nadu was top of the charts. He rode an incredible 1225 km. He was second last week.

                        In second place is Raj Kumar from Tamil Nadu who rode 928 km in the week.

                        Next up is Hema Dhakad from Madhya Pradesh. Who rode an impressive 433 km. She is 19th overall.
